Shipping

OneWell Fishing ships far and wide, delivering to Australia and the world.

If the shopping cart won’t allow shipping to wherever you are, please let us know on sales@onewellfishing.com.au.

Shipping costs within Australia are calculated at the time of checkout. We ship via regular mail through Australia Post or Sendle. We can also ship via Express Post, Registered Post and Courier, additional charges may apply regardless of the value of your order. Orders over $120 will receive FREE Express Shipping Australia-wide. If you would like another shipping method please let us know in the order note section in your cart and we’ll advise the cost.

Christmas Break - Delivery timings.

From 22nd December 2021 - 17th January 2022 OneWell HQ will be on a much deserved break. During this period your delivery may take a little longer to process than the timings listed under "delivery options". We will notify you with a confirmation email as soon as your order is dispatched. 

Responsibility

Once goods have been accepted for delivery by our postal contractor we are not responsible for the delivery. Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is complete and accurate. We will not take any responsibility for the incorrect entry of address details. The customer will be liable for any additional shipping costs incurred by OneWell Fishing due to incorrect address details supplied.

If the goods arrive damaged or are incorrect, please send us an email to sales@onewellfishing.com.au with pics. We will resolve the problem immediately.

Processing Time

Please note that Australia Post offers express postage meaning the transit time of your order (once dispatched) is faster. Choosing express postage does not mean your order will be dispatched faster, rather it means your order will be shipped to you via Australia Post's express network once dispatched. 

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch your order within 3 business days but we may need up to 10 -15 business days in times of high volumes or post a sale event. You will initially receive an order confirmation email, then a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to dispatch, this email will also include tracking information. After the order has been dispatched, you can expect the delivery time frames as listed below.

Delivery Options

Express Shipping: Please allow up to 2-4 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation email. Your shipping confirmation email can take up to 15 business days during periods of high volume or post a sale event.

Standard Shipping: Please allow up to 10 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation email.

Overseas orders: Please allow up to six weeks after receiving your shipping confirmation email.

Tracking Numbers

Once dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include tracking information. Place the ID into either the Australia Post Website https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search or Sendle website https://try.sendle.com/en-au/tracking to be kept in the loop with all your parcels updates.
